Jennifer was bitten by the acting bug at an early
age, staging elaborate shows for the family
camera at the age of five.  After a childhood of
dragging her parents to ballet recitals, chorus
concerts, and school plays, she received her BA
in Theatre from Penn State University and her
MFA from the University of South Carolina (the
other USC) where she taught undergraduate
acting and was bit by the teaching bug.
JENNIFER FINE
Between undergrad and graduate school, Jennifer lived in New York City
where she performed off and off-off Broadway.  There, she became a
senior member of the York Shakespeare Company and taught with
“Looking for Shakespeare” a non-profit after school program that brings
The Bard to inner city schools.
She has also performed regionally, toured internationally, and taught in
regional summer theatre camps.  Jennifer moved to Los Angeles in 2007,
and is thrilled to be a new member of The Playground Staff.    Jennifer was
born and raised in Flemington, New Jersey.  She is still in touch with her
childhood drama teacher.
